Gas is supplied for cooking and heating. The barn can sleep 16 people and has a new kitchen extension which was completed in 1997. There is also a toilet block which includes toilets, hot showers and drying facilities. Camping is also possible in the large enclosure at the rear of the barn.

The first weekends of each month are booked by Wellingborough and the third weekends are booked by Peterborough mountaineering clubs respectively for their members. If you wish to attend a Wellingborough meet please contact their secretary before attending. However the cottage is available for rent to other groups at all other times. Contact Robin Philips on 01248 811203 for booking details and availability.
