Public site

This web site does not record any information which can uniquely identify a particular user. It does not use any forms of cookies. IP addresses are recorded by the web server as part of it's standard logging procedure, however these are not used to track any individual user, only usage trends of the site as a whole.

Members' area

The members' area makes use of temporary cookies to keep track of your session status. These cookies are deleted at the end of the session, unless 'Remember me' is selected when logging on, in which case the cookie will be left in place for the next time the site is accessed.

The site connects to a database of member records. These records are not freely avaiable. A member can correct any incorrect details themselves. The only 3rd party that we disclose member details to is the BMC for insurance purposes.
